We are looking for a reliable Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour DOE

Essential Functions:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and running the Operator Qualifications Program and Lab
- Assign OQ's, sending and analyzing reports, contacting people to schedule them into the OQ lab
- Interacts closely with OQ/QC Manager to identify, schedule, and track Customer OQ requirements and ensure employees are up to date on their qualifications
- Maintains and submits required paperwork in accordance with Company, customer requirements.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, presentations, etc.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Data entry and reporting assignments/projects as requested from Peak USG staff
- Schedules travel for and completes the expense reporting processes for all non-executive Peak USG staff
- Performing other relevant duties when needed

Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years working in an office setting
- Prior receptionist or office administrator experience preferred
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
- Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required.
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
