SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to provide our office with insurance optimization. We are a moderate sized, locally owned optometry office which takes great pride in superior customer service. Our practice strives to foster a work environment which supports teamwork and builds upon the skills and talents of our employees.
What each day will bring:
· Verifying insurance for scheduled patients
· Billing insurances through Trizetto clearinghouse
· Working in unison with our doctors and other staff to create a seamless patient experience during each visit
· Posting payments within Officemate software
· Credentialling for 3 doctors
· Coordinating insurance information around the office
· Sometimes scheduling appointments and collecting patient and insurance information
