Job Description
We are seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our optical manufacturing laboratory as an optical product customer support specialist! As part of our team, you will use our database to retrieve and protect patient confidentiality. You will work closely with opticians and doctors to educate them on new products such as the latest, most innovative lenses and freeform designs, in addition to updating client records to reflect relevant procedures. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with optical or lens manufacturing, a high school diploma, and excellent customer relationship skills. We deal with a high volume of jobs and clients, so you must be able to work well under deadlines and pressure!
Essentially, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing optical product and service information, as well as, resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
