The Operations Specialist will provide administrative, financial and sales support services.
Works closely with other operations and sales personnel, internal departments, and external parties.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of company operations and finance.
Responsibilities:
In Time Tec is a reseller and supplier of Celiveo products and software.
This position will provide administrative and customer service support to our Celiveo business with the following duties:
Review and respond to Celiveo customer emails and requests.
Process Celiveo orders for software and hardware. Process warranty renewals.
Create invoices for Celiveo orders.
Package and ship Celiveo orders within the US and Latin America.
Inventory management- order needed items from manufacturer, count inventory, maintain needed product levels.
Screen and direct visitors to the office.
Maintain office supply inventory and organization.
Additionally, position will provide support to operations:
Assist in the coordination of office activities and functions.
Assist with making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Assist with office food and beverage orders as needed.
Assist with data entry.
Assist with planning and coordination of company offsite meetings. Attend offsite meetings to assist with setup and running of offsite activities.
Additional duties as assigned.
What you bring:
Associates degree or bachelor's degree in business is preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years professional experience in operations or sales support
Bilingual capability is preferred (Spanish)
Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally, with management, vendors.
Able to work as a team player.
Open to development of skills and knowledge.
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change.
Excellent customer service.
