Operation Analyst Specialist

We are searching for an Operation Analyst Specialist whose knowledge and dedication will be vital in continuing to help our company succeed. The shift will be from 6:00AM-2:30PM.

General Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the charting, tracking, and monitoring of all the production rooms and sanitation. This position is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and preparing data for the operation department and accounting department in a timely manner. Operation Analyst Specialist creates and edits documents with inputs from responsible departments and approved templates.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in cutting room to track daily, monthly, and annual raw material, cutting room protein, and marinade supplies.

• Organize and maintain production records, databases, and libraries accurately.

• Assist in the cook room to track daily, monthly, and annual raw material, cook room batters, pre-dust, and cooking oil supplies.

• Assist in the packaging room to track daily, monthly, and annual Packaging room film and box usage.

• Assist Sanitation Manager with ordering and tracking expenses of needed consumables and repairs.

• Update and provide process sheets to all production rooms daily.

• Assist the production manager with tracking daily, monthly, and yearly data matrix.

• Assist the warehouse in tracking daily, monthly, and annual production needs and entering data in Almyta system.

• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Experience:

Thorough knowledge of protein processing GMP 's and technology required in all four Production rooms: cutting, cook room, packaging and warehouse Minimum 2 years food processing experience required, Fluent with Microsoft office, detail orientated.
