This position will support operations of the assigned community and be expected to perform all aspects of operating a community as the Interim Executive Director. The Operations Specialist will facilitate the training of new Executive Director at the community.
From financials, leadership, reporting and sales to having the desire and making the time to genuinely interact with our Residents, families, fellow Directors, Associates, physicians, pharmacies and other visitors on a daily basis, we expect you to be professional and caring. We’ll require you to contribute to the team effort by being flexible in work assignments, taking the initiative to furnish support in all situations, meet our attendance expectations and maintain an appropriate work pace to meet established schedules. We’ll also ask you to display a confidence in understanding and utilizing our many platforms including scheduling, HRIS, payroll, budget and work order computer systems to successfully lead the business office staff. You will be driving sales and supporting the Business Office Manager to collect AR for the community.

- Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, and other vendors.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
