Operations Resolutions Specialist

As the Operations Resolution Specialist you will assist Rx Outreach with achieving its Purpose: To create a nation with equitable health outcomes for every person. The Operations Resolution Specialist provides support to patients, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to deliver excellent service. This position also looks for additional ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier One tech support: basic internal troubleshooting (help with passwords, logging in, etc.)
• Evaluate issue and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Support patients with signing up and using the online patient portal.
• Learn all aspects of the Pharmacy Management Software to be an onsite resource.
• Train Health Coaches and Pharmacy Technicians as needed to improve utilization of Pharmacy Management Software.
• Monitor daily shipment reports to identify potential issues that may affect patient medication adherence.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Promote a positive organizational culture to provide the highest levels of patient care.
• Perform pharmacist technician duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass background check

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience with Tier 1 support
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Windows Operating System
• Willingness and ability to learn new software to troubleshoot issues for staff to become a licensed pharmacy technician (required for all Rx Outreach staff)
