C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Resolution Specialist in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Dispute Resolution Specialist: $16/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Resolution Specialist:
- receive and process dispute claims
- research and resolve customer issues
- perform financial adjustments, account analysis and account security functions
- complete incident reports
- prepare and enter all necessary forms and database entries while remaining compliant with all regulations
- other duties as assigned
Requirements for Customer Service Resolution Specialist:
- excellent Customer Service skills
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- basic computer knowledge
- previous experience in banking is a plus
- attention to detail and ability to keep current on bankcard industry and regulations
