C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Resolution Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Dispute Resolution Specialist: $16/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Resolution Specialist:

• receive and process dispute claims
• research and resolve customer issues
• perform financial adjustments, account analysis and account security functions
• complete incident reports
• prepare and enter all necessary forms and database entries while remaining compliant with all regulations
• other duties as assigned

Requirements for Customer Service Resolution Specialist:

• excellent Customer Service skills
• excellent written and verbal communications skills
• basic computer knowledge
• previous experience in banking is a plus
• attention to detail and ability to keep current on bankcard industry and regulations
