QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
Must have demonstrated strong work ethic (i.e. self motivated, takes initiative; effective follow-through; results-oriented; strong attendance record).
Must have demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, effectively communicate and work cooperatively with others.
Must have demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal directives, provide pro-social mentoring, maintain professional role and boundaries with staff and clients.
Valid Alabama driver's license with good driving record.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
