Compensation:$65,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:As a team, the field supervisors are expected to complete the following job responsibilities:
- Work closely with fellow management team members.
- Create lasting relationships with customers.
- Manage installation technicians.
- Coordinate schedules for ongoing projects and service visits.
- Meet required deadlines.
- Handle issues and customer complaints with services.
- Order materials and dumpsters for job sites.
- Record job costs and income for company records.
- Review and oversee the work of installation teams.
- Conduct interviews and handle recruiting for labor positions.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and termination of team members as needed.
- Attend weekly meetings with fellow members of the management team.
- Follow-up with customers regarding late payment collection.
- Travel to work sites to evaluate progress and quality of projects.
- Manage company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
- Review necessary training materials and take online certifications.
- Pull permits and return extra material as needed.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a technician in a related field is required.
- Roofing experience (2 years minimum)

- Ability to commute to Clinton Township office as well as active job sites within an hour radius.
