Operations Manager

$65,000 - $90,000 yearly

As a team, the field supervisors are expected to complete the following job responsibilities:

• Work closely with fellow management team members.
• Create lasting relationships with customers.
• Manage installation technicians.
• Coordinate schedules for ongoing projects and service visits.
• Meet required deadlines.
• Handle issues and customer complaints with services.
• Order materials and dumpsters for job sites.
• Record job costs and income for company records.
• Review and oversee the work of installation teams.
• Conduct interviews and handle recruiting for labor positions.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and termination of team members as needed.
• Attend weekly meetings with fellow members of the management team.
• Follow-up with customers regarding late payment collection.
• Travel to work sites to evaluate progress and quality of projects.
• Manage company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Review necessary training materials and take online certifications.
• Pull permits and return extra material as needed.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a technician in a related field is required.
• Roofing experience (2 years minimum)
• Communication skills
• Ability to commute to Clinton Township office as well as active job sites within an hour radius.
