Hometown Landscaping is a small business in Wellington, FL. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Hometown Landscaping Co. is a small but rapidly growing design build landscape company. Our company focuses primarily on high end residential design, builds and in addition maintenance , landscape lighting and irrigation. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the day to day operations of multiple crews and oversee projects from inception to completion. .

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to the landscape operations team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care practices
-Additional knowledge prefered in landscape lighting, hardscape and irrigation
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of employees
- Proficiency in irrigation systems and garden maintenance
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,500.00 per year
