What you'll do:
- Spearheading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, from process assessment to technology adoption, in close collaboration with the leadership team.
- Ensuring every CaptureNow client enjoys a first-class experience, supported by a client-facing team that's second to none.
- Managing resources and tracking team performance to maintain optimal service delivery and client outcomes.
- Developing and refining operational processes to support the introduction and scaling of CaptureNow's innovative offerings.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations management role, ideally within a tech-focused organization with multiple cofounders.
- Proficient knowledge of the Hubspot platform (or other relevant CRM)
- A track record of contributing to the scaling of tech organizations, with a genuine enthusiasm for building foundational operational practices from the ground up.
- A process-oriented mindset, with exceptional organizational skills and a penchant for detail.
- Known as the most organized individual among peers, adept at managing multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
