Job Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Wild. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination, exceptional customer experiences, and the efficient functioning of the establishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold The Wild’s standards of excellence.
2. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships, to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for food, beverages, and service, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing guest concerns promptly and working to enhance the overall dining and nightlife experience.
5. Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
7. Events and Promotions: Coordinate special events, promotions, and collaborations to drive foot traffic and enhance The Wild’s visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
