Operations Manager Essential Functions
- Oversee daily business operations
- Evaluate and improve operations
- Train staff
- Ensure employees work productively and professionally
- Prepare reports
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Prepare bids and RFPs
- Invoice sales orders
- Expedite order fulfillment and tracking
- Manage rebate process
- Prepare coop reports
- Master our software program DDI
