Salary: Competitive with Market

Location: Longwood, FL

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (40 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring Operations: Keep a close eye on all operational activities within the company, ensuring they align with our objectives and standards. Manages day to day operations for all assigned projects. Responsible for managing basic financial performance of operations, including revenue growth and expense control. Tracking company’s revenue margins, conducting budget reviews to maximize profits.
• Enhancing Productivity: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity across all operational areas, implementing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization.
• Client Relations: Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that our operations meet or exceed their expectations. Foster positive relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly. Negotiates contracts with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, managing risk.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of operations efficiency practices to provide guidance and support to the departments.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and field managers to develop and implement processes that improve workflows and minimize friction points, ultimately enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to internal teams and field managers, motivating them to strive for operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working with human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration, environmental science) preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational, management and leadership skills
• Proficient in using technology and software systems related to operations management
• Demonstrated ability to work, collaborate and manage all levels within the organization
• Ability to earn high level of trust and to demonstrate integrity in actions and decisions
• Customer focus with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
