En.Range specializes in providing innovative and sustainable solutions exclusivly for gun ranges. We offer environmental services including recycling, waste management, and restoration services. Our clients are commercial shooting ranges, sportsmen’s clubs, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, federal agencies, state agencies, colleges, academies, universities, and the military.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Some travel is required, so prospective candidates need to be comfortable with travel (planes and cars), expense reports, and the other requirements of business travel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.

• Develop and implement operational processes and best practices that minimize environmental impact, streamline logistics and enhance service delivery.

• Oversee project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of environmental services and initiatives.

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with environmental objectives.

• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and regulations, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

• Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth.

• Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, solve problems, and improve efficiency.

• Promote a culture of safety within the organization and oversee adherence to health and safety policies.

• Comply with any reporting requirements and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations management.

o A plus if it was within the environmental services, construction, or a related industry.

• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operations with a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.

• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and the ability to navigate and comply with complex legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management.

• Project management skills are a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Prior US military service (veteran) is highly valued.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. Associates Degree in Business or Management preferred

• Must be a US citizen.

• Be able to pass a standard background check.

• Willingness to travel when needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Position Details

• Work from office.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

• Starting at $65,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
