SalaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations functions of the facility to make sure all departments are organized, efficient, and effective in their daily tasks and responsibilities are achieved under the guidance of the General Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Recruiting/hiring/onboarding/training/qualifying/disciplining/terminating
- Manage acceptance and registration process for new shipments
- Assist with dispatch of crews for each job for each day
- Assist with weekly payroll including input and paperwork
- Audit fuel logs on a weekly basis
- Assist with warehouse operations
- Ensure logs are current and compliant
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High School diploma or GED
- Preferred: Previous logistics and transportation experience
- Required: Previous managerial experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Commercial Moving and Storage: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
