- Analyze policy service transaction volume to identify trends by state, agency and/or type.
- Assist Operations Leadership develop Service Center business case, including cost/benefit analysis and outsourcing opportunities.
- Actively participate in developing the operational & management reporting needed to support successful introduction of two new insurance products (BOP, Workers Compensation).
- Apply innovation behaviors to identify, test and implement opportunity to continuously improve existing processes.
- Contribute to the company’s continued success by completing additional activities as assigned by management.
May perform other functions as assigned
