Key Duties & Responsibilities

This position will work with a Proliance Support Department or our Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Clinics. The Intern will need to be able to focus on several projects at once, completing deliverables in assigned Department(s)/Care Centers. Internship projects may be offered in:

• Supply Chain analytics
• Human Resources
• Implementation of patient engagement tools
• Bundle optimization/care pathways
• Finance
• Operations Analytics
• Contract Management
• Quality Management

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Pursing a Masters in Health Administration or Graduate Degree
• Interest in outpatient care and ambulatory surgery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in data analytics and visualization
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Passion for personal development and growth

Work may be performed in an office and clinical environment. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. May requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.

Compensation rate or range (note if volunteer): $27.50/hour
