Key Duties & Responsibilities
This position will work with a Proliance Support Department or our Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Clinics. The Intern will need to be able to focus on several projects at once, completing deliverables in assigned Department(s)/Care Centers. Internship projects may be offered in:
- Supply Chain analytics
- Human Resources
- Implementation of patient engagement tools
- Bundle optimization/care pathways
- Finance
- Operations Analytics
- Contract Management
- Quality Management
Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Pursing a Masters in Health Administration or Graduate Degree
- Interest in outpatient care and ambulatory surgery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in data analytics and visualization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Passion for personal development and growth

Compensation rate or range (note if volunteer): $27.50/hour
