Operations Department - Furniture Coordinator

Ebanista, a small family-run home furnishings company has an immediate opening for a full-time Operations Quality Control Coordinator. This position is a part of our Corporate Operations Team, based out of our two Costa Mesa, CA office locations. We adhere to COVID protocols within the office and follow social distancing and sanitizing practices.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Physically conducting a final inspection of all orders

Managing order information in our computer system (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft AX)

Overseeing the production process and quality of merchandise

Scheduling warehouse pickups and deliveries with outside delivery companies

Managing our warehouse driver's daily schedule

Reviewing and digitally filing documentation supporting the transfer of product

Working together with fellow members of the Sales, Operations, and Design Department team to ensure orders are executed quickly and accurately

Communicating with other member of Operations to ensure all repairs are followed closely in executed in a timely manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Great attitude and self-starter mentality a must

Detail-oriented to the point of obsessive!

Awesome problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude

Amazing multi-tasker

Proficient in MS Office especially Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible and reliable with a good attendance record

Associate Degree or higher

Hourly Rate commensurate with experience with generous Paid Time Off, health, dental, and vision benefits.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
