Job description

If you have answered "yes" to these questions, then we welcome you to apply for a Data Analyst position at Injured Workers Pharmacy (IWP).
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Lead analysis projects; collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and financial leadership to continuously evolve the business and drive value
  • Data exploration and visualization. Identify ways to sustainably support the long-term data needs of the organization, while managing ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Data analysis. Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership teams
  • Data science and modeling. Develop and operationalize predictive models to improve our operational procedures and financial forecasts, while gaining actionable insights into the business
  • Data governance. Manage reporting integrity and access, collaborating with technology department to resolve data issues

Who You Are
  • You have experience with SQL or similar data querying languages
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, model and interpret data
  • You have experience partnering with multi-functional teams and finding creative approaches to solving problems
  • You have experience building predictive models in Python or R
  • You possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science or equivalent quantitative field

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience with Tableau Administration
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • An understanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting
  • An understanding of software development lifecycle and/or database management
