What You'll Do- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Lead analysis projects; collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and financial leadership to continuously evolve the business and drive value
- Data exploration and visualization. Identify ways to sustainably support the long-term data needs of the organization, while managing ad-hoc reporting requests
- Data analysis. Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership teams
- Data science and modeling. Develop and operationalize predictive models to improve our operational procedures and financial forecasts, while gaining actionable insights into the business
- Data governance. Manage reporting integrity and access, collaborating with technology department to resolve data issues
- You have experience with SQL or similar data querying languages
- You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- You have experience partnering with multi-functional teams and finding creative approaches to solving problems
- You have experience building predictive models in Python or R
- You possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science or equivalent quantitative field
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience with Tableau Administration
- Experience with Salesforce
- An understanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting
- An understanding of software development lifecycle and/or database management
