Position:Operations Coordinator
Hours: 7am – 3pm or 8am-4pm
Overtime and occasional weekends required.
Reports to: Director of Operations
We are looking for a rock star to join our small but mighty Operations Department; a person with a passion for organizing! The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication and time management skills; someone comfortable juggling a myriad of tasks.

A day in the life of the Operations Coordinator:
1. Checking-in and unpack equipment returning from parties.
2. Reviewing menus and required equipment with the Director of Operations.
3. Designing buffets and event stations.
4. Meticulously packing and labeling equipment to go out to events.
5. Liaise between sales and culinary teams regarding event equipment.
6. Work closely with Warehouse Assistant to organize and stock the warehouse.
Compensation commensurate with experience includes paid holidays, vacation and sick-time. 401K match as well as employer-sponsored Health and Dental insurance available at cost.
Experience with events, hospitality industry or equipment/warehouse logistics or equivalent. Able to lift 50 lbs., comfortable on a ladder and being on your feet most of the day. English required, Spanish a plus.
