Location: Remote Connecticut
Facilitate the processing of domestic and international wire transfers adhering to internal and industry deadlines.
Perform client callbacks as required.
Process daily service requests from internal partners including but not limited to: Fed Service Messages and Returns.
Process wire Drawdowns timely and accurately.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Skills:
Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
For this position, you must have at least 2 years of banking experience.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast passed environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $20.38 USD to $23.13 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
