Position Overview:
Momentum is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as an Operations Consultant, responsible for implementing our Business Sustainability and Growth Guide. This role is essential for enhancing our operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives within a four-month contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time Studies Implementation: Conduct time studies with the team to facilitate role audits and enhance productivity.
- Operational Bottleneck Reduction: Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks to streamline processes.
- Growth and Sustainability Guide Execution: Implement strategies from the Growth and Sustainability Guide in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Dynamic Collaboration with CEO: Engage in regular weekly meetings and additional interactions as needed with the CEO for progress reporting, providing comprehensive metrics and insights on operational strategies.
- Goal-Oriented Execution: Focus on achieving specific Q1 goals, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve operational processes to align with Momentum's strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational consultancy, with a focus on strategy implementation and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in conducting time studies and role audits.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and metrics analysis.
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working closely with leadership.
- Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility principles and experience in a diverse work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in working with BIPOC entrepreneurs and understanding their unique challenges.
Compensation:
- Monthly Compensation: $4,000 - $5,500, based on experience.
- Commitment: 30 hours per week.
