Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for HR Program, serving as a link between the HR Program, management and employees by handling questions, processing requests, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Generate employee demographic data files, audit employee demographic data, and ensure secure data handling and processing.
- Intake, process and audit user permissions in HR program platform.
- Perform HR Program platform data audits using generated Excel and Power BI reports
- Provide HR Program support during the operational, administrative and reporting phases. Includes content reviews, permission manage, central documentation updates, support team documentation updates and audits.

- Organizational and communication skills are required.
- Customer focus and able to interact and contract professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Project management with ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time.
- Able to work independently and problem-solve issues, leveraging documentation or resources to address questions.
- Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy. Able to monitor complex plans and schedules and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turn around.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Excel formulas and pivot tables required.
- Experience with Power BI preferred.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
