Operations Associate

Civix Strategy Group’s Operations Associate is a responsive, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who provides critical support in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position can be accomplished remotely from the East Coast.

The Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with a range of tasks, including:

• Assist program staff with ongoing projects and administrative aid
• State registration and reporting tracking and organization
• Federal Election Commission report tracking and organization
• Contract tracking and renewals
• Calendar management for multiple senior staff members
• Document management
• Proceduralize various tasks and processes used throughout the organization
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Candidate will possess:

• Technical competency including Google suite, and MS Office
• Commitment to client privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work quickly and cooperatively under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• High standards of excellence and commitment to meeting deadlines

Compensation:

Salary range $45,000 - $55,000. This position is eligible for an employee benefits package including employer matched 401k, paid time off, employer sponsored short term disability insurance and a shared cost health and dental insurance program.
