Join Dunwoody College’s Institutional Advancement team as our Advancement Operations Associate during a time of exciting momentum and community impact as we draw near the completion of our ambitious $75 million For All Time Campaign. In this role, you will be the key player behind our data, gift processing, and daily operations.
About Us:
Dunwoody College of Technology, a private, non-profit institution of higher education with a 100+ year history, is a national leader in delivering high-skill, dynamic, and experiential education. Dunwoody takes an active role in addressing the skills gap by working closely with industry partners and ensuring graduates are work-ready, from day one.
Institutional Advancement (IA) is the driver of philanthropy for Dunwoody. Through a variety of different strategies and opportunities, the IA team identifies prospects and engages in a robust program to cultivate, solicit, thank, steward, and retain donors.
When people think of fundraising, they generally think only of the “ask” portion of it. But fundraising involves a lot more than just asking people for money. There is an incredible amount of work that happens before and after the ask, including data management, reporting, research, planning, policy creation, relationship building, and so much more. It takes a team working together, through effective systems management and direct contact with donors, to achieve our mission and expand beyond the possibilities.
About the Role:
- Every detail you handle is instrumental in keeping our fundraising database organized and up-to-date and contributes to building strong donor relationships.
- You'll ensure timely and accurate gift processing and donor acknowledgements and handle other essential tasks that keep our Advancement team running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven by curiosity, you are energized by new challenges and eager to influence results.
- You know your data skills can make a real difference.
- You believe in Dunwoody's mission of empowering students through technical education.
Benefits:
- Hybrid work schedule (work from home 1-2 days per week).
- Generous time off with 35+ days off per year including a winter holiday break.
- Professional development opportunities.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
We value and encourage applications from all qualified candidates. We understand you might not have direct experience with every listed responsibility, but if you are highly motivated and have transferable skills, we want to hear from you and welcome your application. https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=78024&clientkey=F4E74436BD4937B0C6F1EBFAB73120B0
