Operations Assistant

We are seeking a temporary Operations Assistant to work on international operations tasks.

We're looking for an Operations Assistant to assist with operations within the international area, as well as, helping other teams throughout the company as needed for international operations.

Does this sound like you?

A Successful Candidate Will Have the Following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related area such as: International Business, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years experience working in Business Development – International experience preferred.
• Understanding of eCommerce, Amazon, digital sales, digital marketing, business development and/or strategy is a plus.
• Ability to work non-standard hours to be available for global calls/webinars and to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Critical thinking: Ability to assess, analyze, and act independently.
• Self-Motivation: Results driven. Demonstrated drive to achieve beyond what is expected in an eCommerce, business development, digital sales, and executing strategy space.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple interruptions.
• Communication: Professional communication skills over various channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent requests.
• Experience or curiosity about the development of traditional and technology-based intellectual property. Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and screen sharing software desired.
• Customer centric mindset is a must!
