Position Summary:

Support all aspects of jewelry production, focusing on the receipt and management of all incoming jewelry from manufacturers. Assists with the movement of jewelry in the ERP system. Assists with day to day operations of the Production & Distribution department.

Gain knowledge of the supply chain process while perfecting your NAV and organizational skills.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a candidate who has a high attention to detail and can handle switching gears at any moment.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

· Daily activity within the vault including fulfillment of customer orders and product transfers, verifying incoming and outgoing material stored, assuring accuracy for physical counts.

· Daily receipts of incoming jewelry from manufactures.

· Assist with quality control of all jewelry inventory going into the vault.

· Assist with customer returns by receiving them in Navision after a passing quality assessment

· Supports the manufacturing of Jewelry through data entry including stone/component allocations.

· Supports the other departments of the business by way of Jira

· This position will be required as a job function to go through a metal detector before entering and after exiting the operations department

· Other tasks as needed

Competencies:

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Ability to learn multiple job functions

· Strong mathematical and organizational skills

· Team oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently

· Strong interpersonal communications skills

Qualifications:

Experience:
Jewelry experience is a plus

Education:
BA in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
