We are seeking an organized & dynamic Operations Assistant who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in everything from big projects to routine, simple tasks. This role is responsible for processing day to day operations in the office & field. We are looking for a keen individual with a good eye and a positive attitude.

Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets, contracts & agreements.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact between different teams or departments
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers and clients
- Generate and distribute routine reports to clients
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking
- Maintain open lines of communication throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- College education required; Associated or Bachelor
- Prior billing experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations; ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Deadline and solutions oriented with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities; wide variety of responsibilities means you'll never be bored!
- Organized, efficient and a self-starter
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.35 - $30.00 per hour
