What you can expect from the time you walk in the door to stepping out on the floor:

• A welcome phone call from your recruiter.

We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts, choose the shift that works best with your schedule.

• 1st shift 7:45 am - 4:15 pm with a starting pay of $17.65/hour (with attendance bonus).
• 2nd shift 4:15 pm - 1 am with a starting pay of $19.65/hour (with attendance bonus).

If full time doesn't work with your busy schedule, or you want to enjoy long weekends, we also offer part time without benefits.

• Monday thru Wednesday OR Wednesday thru Friday 8 am - 4 pm OR 4 pm - 1 am.

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• You will be responsible for processing parts through the different stages on a production line.
• Your will work as a team to ensure a smooth production process.
• Always work in a safe environment.

• No prior experience is needed, we’ll teach you all you need to know.

• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
• You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
