Position

On this newly created position you will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to ensure organizational and operational effectiveness of the team and project management operations, while supporting the MD with administrative tasks. You will take ownership of operations process improvement and manage quality as the common thread between Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Business Development (BD), and billable deliverables

The key objectives of this role are:

• Develop, implement, and document operational processes, systems, and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
• Support team in training and following Energeia’s quality management, style guidelines, and standard operating procedures for internal and external deliverables
• Review presentations, reports, models, and proposals to ensure they align with Energeia standards
• Mange overall project schedules and priorities and information flow involving the MD
• Work with Project Managers to track priority project initiatives
• Coordinate Project Manager and resource reporting against agreed key metrics
• Conduct necessary research to keep Energeia up to date on emerging areas

The key administrative objectives in support of the MD of this role are:

• Manages the MD calendar and email to optimize time and ensure schedule runs smoothly
• Support the prioritization of the MD’s workload
• Support domestic and international travel arrangements
• Assist entry of time into PM system
• Human Resources and Marketing support as needed
• Executes special projects as assigned within skill and time availability

• Demonstrated experience in operations implementation and process improvement
• Proven experience in management consulting or similar business operations showcasing a track record of critical thinking and problem-solving
• Prior project management experience would be advantageous
• A strong attention to detail and ability to recognize potential risks and issues
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including copy editing
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced time management and multi-project management skills
• A data driven approach to decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
