Quality Assurance Specialist (Ammunition)

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AMMUNITION) in the ORDNANCE PROGRAM of NMC CWD DET NORTH ISLAND.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing QUALITY ASSURANCE assessments and inspections for Ammunition and Explosives operations to detect, investigate, or analyze problems and recommend solutions to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Experience must demonstrate a practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in QUALITY ASSURANCE, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas.

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree with major study in QUALITY ASSURANCE, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or another field related to the position.
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree with major study in QUALITY ASSURANCE, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or another field related to the position.
OR
