Job Summary:
Everest Global, Ltd. is seeking to add an Operations Analyst to the Investment Team, headquartered in Warren, New Jersey.
The Operations Analyst will support both the team's internally-managed portfolios as well as support certain responsibilities for externally-managed portfolios and investments. This person will also be integral to maintaining and tracking investment manager and 3rd party invoices. The Analyst must be comfortable communicating with various external parties including custodians, counterparties, external investment managers, and other vendors.
The Everest Investment Team consists of a small group of talented individuals working in a collegial and supportive environment. The Operations Analyst is expected to be a key contributor to help ensure that the group's information flow and processes are designed and executed at the highest level.
This is a Warren New Jersey hybrid position (in office 3 days and remote 2 days).
Responsibilities
- Investment / Trade Operations
- Support trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes (full lifecycle of a trade)
- Support asset transfers as necessary
- Track and manage capital calls and distributions for private investments
- Actively manage any issues that arise relating to the trade / settlement process
- Manage vendor invoice process. Check calculations against contracts and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner. Keep a record of ongoing expenses.
- Controls
- Review control process documentation as necessary
- Assist in interactions with Internal Audit and External Audit, and for any requests for information from those two departments
- Data Management
- Support data integrity processes as needed
- Record Keeping
- Assist with the record keeping of all final deal documentation, including updates to the following types of documents:
- Investment Management Agreements (IMAs)
- Form ADVs
- Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOC) documentation

Work Experience and Qualifications
- Well organized, diligent, and self-motivated
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving approach
- Positive attitude, open to learning, and ability to contribute in a 'team-first' atmosphere
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
