Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ. 
Salary: $49.18 per hour (with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:

·       Review and approve Shopping Carts, validate SOWs, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

·       Reconcile Goods Receipts, Invoices, and Delivery Schedules to streamline payment processes.

·       Perform month-end tasks, including financial reporting and analysis for journal entries and accruals.

·       Consolidate IT expenses for B2C, B2B, Data, and Retail domains, and report performance against budget.

·       Monitor spending activities, analyze variances, and identify areas of risk and opportunities.

·       Collaborate with IT stakeholders to prioritize resources and ensure financial commitments are met.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

·       Approve POs and input in the tracker.

·       Partner with IT Finance on business partner meetings.

·       Conduct mid/end-of-month checks and communicate with buyers to update schedules.

·       Pull reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis as necessary.

·       Prepare for Month-end Close:

·       Capture accruals and analyze coding errors.

·       Reconcile and investigate GRIR.

·       Prepare financial entries and ensure data quality.

Budget/Trend Analysis:

·       Compile risk and opportunities with Domain leads.

·       Input financial schedules and validate PBI.

·       Reconcile financial consistency by Domain/BT Code/Cost Center.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

·       Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Pay Details: $49.18 per hour
