Job Position: Operations Analyst
Target Pay Range: $67,000-$85,000/year depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications
Employment Classification: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Routinely reconcile inventory balances from third party warehouses against company inventory reports, targeting the highest value facilities for increased focus and investigating transaction discrepancies as necessary.
• Generate insightful reporting for leadership, highlighting trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities targeting inventory accuracy in our storage network.
• Assist with tracking co-manufacturer discrepancies of ordered versus received into inventory and facilitate obtaining PODs to secure credits.
• Monitor and report on aging inventory and inventory at risk of spoilage, providing insightful and actionable reporting for inventory, procurement, and production leadership.
• Work with the supply planning team to ensure inventory transfer and receipt accuracy between our manufacturing facilities and our distribution partners.
• Investigate and advise on potential efficiencies and cost savings opportunities with transportation of product across multiple facilities in our manufacturing and storage locations.
• Utilize MRLs to determine daily and weekly material requirements at each production facility, ensuring availability for production.
• Generate comprehensive cost reporting on materials in outside storage facilities, particularly the storage cost of aged inventory and incidental charge by cost code.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience relevant supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Research, Accounting or related field.
• Familiar with end-to-end supply chain concepts.
• Ability to present self in a professional manner, take initiative to get the job done.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated data based analytical skills & problem solving.
• Strong Excel and other MS Office skills.
• Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal form.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
