Requirements
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and three years of experience identifying, analyzing, or recommending process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness or analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, tracking, reporting, or verifying the resolution of system issues. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires knowledge of scanning technology; advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to solve complex problems using independent judgment.

Job Summary:
To administer, test and support applications within the Operations area, as well as perform reporting duties and coordinate projects.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Administers operations applications, including but not limited to, batch research, reprocessing batches and locating missing x-rays.
- Designs, tests, analyzes and maintains operations reporting and trending of data, as well as supports the business performance guarantee reporting duties for the operations area.
- Recommends improvements and innovative opportunities based on analysis.
- Provides technical support and testing of all operations applications.
- Creates, plans, organizes and oversees project plans relating to operations applications.
- Researches, recommends, and deploys new operational technologies.
- Plans, designs and tests the corporate disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
