Requirements
Position requires an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field and two years of experience verifying, entering, or correcting information in a software application or responding to customer inquiries through telephone or written contact after researching electronic records. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires knowledge of scanning technology; advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to solve problems using independent judgment.

Job Summary:
To administer, test and support applications within the Operations area, as well as perform reporting duties and coordinate projects.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Administers and troubleshoots operations applications, including but not limited to, batch research, reprocessing batches and locating missing x-rays.
- Tests, analyzes and maintains operations reporting and trending of data, as well as supports the business performance guarantee reporting duties for the operations area
- Recommends improvements and innovative opportunities based on analysis.
- Provides tier 1 technical support and testing of all operations applications.
- Organizes and oversees project plans relating to operations applications.
- Researches and recommends new operational technologies.
- Tests the corporate disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
