Operations Account Manager, Commercial Finance

• Delivery of best-in-class customer service via phone and email in the assigned portfolio through responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting, payment resolution, and documentation updates.
• Proactively manage all aspects of assigned portfolio including inventory aging and engagement with stakeholders pertaining to.
• Manage risk by investigating and communicating with customers in the event of delinquency to resolve and collect the outstanding funds.
• Liaise between the customer and the Commercial Finance department to resolve customer requests, delinquency, credit adjustments, and documentation issues.
• Customer collateral audit administration to ensure accurate inventory and/or ensuring exposure levels are compliant.
• Monitor incoming payments and outgoing credits in the assigned portfolio.
• Communicate with manufacturers and distributors to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate within the Commercial Finance department to improve the customer experience and internal processes.

• Strong and effective communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 1-3 years of finance, accounting, risk, or account management experience
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and recognition of red flags
• Risk management experience preferred
• Experience with basic UCC processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities as needed

Applicable Pay Range

$54,047.83- $81,071.75

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
