As a Senior Manager of Operational Risk Management, you will manage several Risk Management activities to support the company’s Operational Risk Management framework.
What you will do:
Support Operational Risk Management team with embedding of risk governance framework within the 1st line of defense through program execution.
Implement core components of the Operational Risk Management (“ORM”) Framework including Risk & Control Assessments, Key Risk Indicators, Current & Emerging Risk, Internal Events, and End User Computing
Lead Risk & Control Assessments to effectively assess the Operational Risk profile of the enterprise and drive risk reduction.
Lead Scenario Analyses to quantify extreme but plausible Operational Risk events.
Support build-out of global Governance Risk & Compliance tool and serves as local administrator for Operational Risk Management modules, collaborates with Internal Audit and Compliance on key changes to the tool, provides training to 1st line of defense users, where required.
Work with 1st line to identify action plans to address control or policy gaps and monitors status of action plans until implemented.
Supports Operational Risk Management team in the preparation of quarterly reporting for Executive Risk Management and Board Risk Management Committees
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in any of the following areas: Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, or similar experience
Strong communication and organizational skills

Base Salary Range
$109,600.00 - $158,950.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
