Operation Associate

Position: Operations Associate

The incumbent will perform responsibilities associated with the functions of document pick-up/ drop off,  preparation, scanning, and visual comparison following operations and processes for customer applications in a production environment. The incumbent will also perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving.

Duties include, but not limited to the following:

• Load/unload all deliveries (incoming or outgoing)
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Pick-up/ Drop-off documents
• Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving
• Count, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers
• Complete one or more warehouse functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load, and possibly assist with delivering orders for our customers)
• Prepare documents according to customer specifications
• Prepare and scan documents using imaging software.
• Assign or Create job settings for each specific client in imaging software.
• Oversees quality of scanned images during the scanning process.
• Initiate, monitor, and QC all post-scanning production.
• Complete projects on time and meet production goals. 
• Create transferable media including External HD, CD/DVD, Duplicate, and label at applicable locations.

Qualifications and Education

• 2 years of warehouse or production experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good computer skills/Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must pass a background check and drug screen and education verification
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must have a valid Driving License and a current clean DMV report from the California Department of Motor Vehicles

Miscellaneous Factors:

• Occasionally: Extended workdays, lifting/moving/carrying objects up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently: Engage in repetitive tasks, update training and job procedures.
• Constantly: Manage deadlines, multitask efficiently.
