MAILROOM ASSOCIATES(On-site)
Position is Onsite in Stockbridge, GA
16.25hr
Training Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM (4-6 weeks)
Production schedules will fall between 8:00AM-10:00PM Mon-Sat

Job Details:
- Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
- Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations
- Sort mail into department mail slots accurately for delivery in each department
- Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive
- Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review
- May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time
- Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Training is 4-6 weeks
Requirements:
- Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Some experience working in mail center
- Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
