Onsite Eap Counselor (Licensed Counselor Or Social Worker)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed substance abuse Counselor or Social Worker to provide onsite EAP services in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a worksite based part-time/contract position for 17 hours per week. While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person)
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
• Provides Management Consultations
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Masters Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Expertise in the assessment of alcohol and substance abuse issues and referral to clinically appropriate treatment
• Training in Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) or similar evidence-based approach
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Current Independent State License to Practice
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
• Experience in Work-Related Issues
• EAP Experience Preferred
• CEAP a Plus
