BECOMING OUR CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Schedule:

Thrive Therapy believes in the power of flexibility. As a part-time counselor, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your needs within a set number of days each week.

Day-to-Day:

Your days will be filled with opportunities to make a positive impact. You'll provide compassionate counseling to individuals and groups, utilizing your expertise to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Your role will also involve assisting patients in accessing community services, conducting psychotherapy sessions, and providing ongoing case management. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling
• Experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong collaborative qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
