NOLA Crawfish King is a local and family-owned catering business based in Gentilly. Crawfish season is among us and we are in need of a caterer who works with our catering team to boil crawfish for our on-site catering boils. There are LOTS of upcoming catering jobs (up to 10 per weekend) come March, which pay a set rate per job ($150+ / job, which allows for a minimum of $25+ an hour + all earned tips.)
The catering schedule varies, with some weeks being busier than others. If it is a slow week for catering, you can pick up some hours in our restaurant or at any of our boil popups to make up for the slowness. We can answer any questions you may have about any of this.
