Online Customer Service Support

**THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION**

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Customer Service Support Representative.

Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.

All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and they have ability to learn a large amount of technical data in regards to our products.

Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):

• Responding to 30-50 Customer Service emails a day
• Providing product support over email and online storefront portals
• Working with product information and/or order information
• Following up with clients via phone and email
• Working within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite, as well as various back-ends of online storefronts

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a professional office environment preferred
• Some college coursework required
• Strong mathematical skills

We are a fast-growing industrial distribution firm looking for motivated and committed individuals for the long run.

There is a two-week training period. Candidates are expected to show diligence and attentiveness during these training periods. Training will be on going as our product line is extensive and constantly evolving.
