We are seeking an On Site Manager - 32-unit Apartment Complex to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Live on-site full-time (rent will be greatly reduced)
- Oversee and coordinate property repairs
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Maintain and update property on an on-going basis
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce parking, property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with general maintenance
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trade skills in a field (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, general construction greatly desired
- Some repair work will fall under your duties and compensated within your residency package, some repair work will be compensated via hourly wage
- The apartment provided will be a 2x2 with detached private garage
