Responsibilities of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

• Originate Hard Money Loans through provided leads
• Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and locking the loan. Will not be required to do any of the operations processes

Requirements of the Licensed Hard MoneyLoan Officer

• At least 2 years of recent Mortgage Origination experience
• Must have experience working with the majority of new purchase loans and minimal refi
• Creditworthy and ability to pass personal background checks and mandatory drug test
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Commission based. There is a Draw.
