Loan Officer Assistant

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month with a team of just 10 Loan Officers. DFS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an In-Person Loan Officer Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis
• Assist Loan Officers in collecting and organizing client documentation required for loan applications
• Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to gather additional information as needed
• Assist with generating loan quotes
• Handle client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or another related field
• An understanding of the mortgage origination process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree Prefeed
