Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month with a team of just 10 Loan Officers. DFS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an In-Person Loan Officer Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis
- Assist Loan Officers in collecting and organizing client documentation required for loan applications
- Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to gather additional information as needed
- Assist with generating loan quotes
- Handle client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or another related field
- An understanding of the mortgage origination process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree Prefeed

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
